Transport Dispatcher

Our client is a well-established company in the Drummondville area

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced dispatcher to ensure the smooth coordination of their operations.

🎯 Your role:

 You will be the main link between drivers, clients, and internal teams.

Your objective: to guarantee punctual, safe, and efficient transportation service.

 

🔧 Your responsibilities:

• Plan routes and assign trips according to priorities
• Track trips in real time via a geolocation system
• Manage unforeseen events and Adjust plans quickly
• Communicate clearly with drivers
• Maintain up-to-date delivery files and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal policies

 

🧠 Desired Profile:

• AEC or DEC in Transportation Logistics or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatching or logistics
• Bilingualism (French/English)
• Excellent stress and priority management
• Proficiency in computer tools (dispatching software, GPS, Excel)
• Rigorous, professional, and organized
